Apicius sur Montbrison

Absolutely fantastic. A lot of research went into it. A festival of flavors. Perfectly organized. They tailor the service to each customer.

Beautiful cuisine featuring seasonal produce, refined but never overdone. Impeccable service, a truly excellent restaurant. Good value for money!

A superb discovery in the heart of Montbrison! We had an absolutely perfect time at Apicius. The setting is chic, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. The food was a true delight from start to finish: inventive, refined, and generous cuisine that showcases fresh, local produce, subtly enhanced with wild herbs and flowers. The value for money is excellent. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend!

A wonderful discovery, a tastefully decorated place. A pleasant little courtyard to enjoy original and delicious dishes bursting with flavor.
