05/08/2024: A restaurant with a very nice setting with a Top Chef atmosphere. I loved the toilets with a fridge door. When we arrived, there was very good bread and succulent mayonnaise on the table. I had a beer, a menu for €39.90 and the wine pairing for €19.99. The starter of gazpacho, mozzarella and kiwi is excellent and very fresh. The poultry, piperade and polenta dish is sublime: it's the best polenta I've ever eaten! The meat is tender and perfectly cooked. Dessert is a meringue, raspberry and beetroot pavlova: it's really very good and well balanced. An excellent meal! I have two caveats: - a somewhat hesitant service which brings the glasses of wine twice or which brings the dishes even though the table has not been cleared; - out of the 3 glasses of wine served I had the same one twice, I find that a bit of a shame even if the wines were very good. I highly recommend the Pinot Noir which was excellent and served at an ideal temperature. Finally, I appreciated the commercial gesture: the waiter put a little gazpacho around my plate and to "make up for it" he brought an additional bottle of gazpacho. We spent a very pleasant evening !
