I’ve now had dinner here twice in the last two months and both times it was excellent. Great service, good food, cozy atmosphere and friendly people. I would come back, and recommend anyone to check it out when staying in Strasbourg for a few days.

03/02/2026: What an excellent place! I opted for the set menu and kept things simple. Among the starters, I savored a fabulous butternut squash velouté, refined and perfectly seasoned. I followed with a ribeye steak and rösti. The cooking was flawless and completely masterful. An assortment of green vegetables (broad beans and asparagus) brilliantly complemented the dish and its sauce, delicately enhanced with a touch of whole-grain mustard. The culinary pleasure didn't end with dessert: the homemade chocolate profiteroles were delicious and generously portioned. Add to that a team that was incredibly attentive (both in the dining room and the kitchen). Around me, the other tables took turns praising the chef for her talent. Look no further, you've found it: Le Bistronome is the neighborhood gem.
