I'm rediscovering this restaurant after several months. Bravo for the flavors! Flawless in the pairings. Fresh and flavorful cuisine with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A chef who not only knows how to work but is also welcoming and attentive to your well-being. I've been coming to Aigues-Mortes for a long time, and many restaurants change chefs or close down... Alas! For me, this is number one in Aigues-Mortes proper.

This restaurant is an excellent choice. The service is quick and the staff very friendly. Furthermore, the kitchen brilliantly adapts to the different requests of its customers. We were a party of six, including one vegetarian and one vegan. The chef not only accommodated our requests but also offered exceptionally delicious dishes to everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to the entire team! 🙏🏻

Second visit and still just as exceptional! A 1 hour 15 minute drive to get here, and it's absolutely worth it. Delicious and refined dishes, beautifully presented, in an elegant and sophisticated setting. A huge congratulations to the entire team, both front and back of house, for their professionalism and passion. A must-visit!

We arrived unexpectedly as a family group, and everyone was absolutely delighted. The dishes and desserts were perfect, and the young woman's service was equally excellent. Well done, I highly recommend it!

Just a human-scale setting and, above all, two bursts of life flitting about the dining room, two vivacious young women, one of whom is the owner's daughter, which no doubt explains why everything runs smoothly and with such heart. They don't just serve plates; they distribute good humor, tact, flexibility, and that certain something that makes the bill almost secondary. The cuisine follows the same rhythm: simple yet refined, sincere with a few touches of originality and a rare kindness when it comes to accommodating your most specific requests (yes, even if you ask for a special presentation "just because it looks nicer"). After trying a few "establishments" (a polite way of saying tourist traps), we can confidently say: Aromatik truly deserves its name. A real restaurant. A good one. One that makes you want to come back. So, dear traveler of good food and happy days, put away your suitcase, take off your coat, and relax: here you're received like a guest, not a number.
