We couldnt decide what to pick from the menu so was offered a "surprise" menu, of mini servings of 3 startes and 2 mains. The food was outstanding, every dish cooked to perfection, each one better than the last. I cannot emphasise enough, if you are visiting Aigue-Mortes and are looking for a superb meal, you can do no better than getting a table here. The food is outstanding, the service was attentive and the bistro itself was so comfortable.
