Everything was perfect, far from all the tourist traps you find elsewhere! We were delighted to see that such good work can still be done. A very good experience at Le Paiou restaurant. The cuisine was very professional. The presentation was excellent. There was a slight hiccup in service, but please don't hold it against them; they were short-staffed during peak season. It's a very difficult time in the restaurant industry right now. As a chef for over 30 years, I can't fault management or the staff. Congratulations on your professionalism.

A delightful discovery just off the main street. A small, cozy restaurant with a very pleasant waiter, quick service, and generous portions for those with a hearty appetite. We ordered the "perfect egg" with bacon mousse and mushrooms—a true delight, especially with the little toast soldiers. We continued with the confit pork belly with sweet potato purée and candied vegetables—a real treat, simply perfect. To finish, we indulged in the chocolate lava cake, simply incredible with the sprinkle of crushed peanuts. I highly recommend this charming little restaurant, run by wonderful people. Well done, and see you soon!

02/09/2026: Another superb evening at Le Boem in Aigues-Mortes! We already know the restaurant very well and have been several times, but last night, everything was truly perfect. We were particularly impressed by the duck, cooked to absolute perfection: well-rested, tender, and perfectly pink, exactly as it should be. It's a dish that requires real mastery of cooking, and frankly, it was remarkable. A beautiful plate, as beautiful as it was delicious. The fig tartlet was excellent, not too sweet, magnificent. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent, with beautiful presentations and great care taken in the preparation of the dishes. And the value for money is truly perfect: considering the quality of the food and the service offered, it's really not expensive. The welcome was also perfect, and the whole team was lovely, smiling, and attentive, despite the fatigue of the end of the season. That really deserves to be highlighted. And above all, when you come to dine at a restaurant like Le Boem, you have to take your time. We don't just come here for a quick bite; we come to appreciate the dishes, the flavors, and enjoy a pleasant experience. If you want a fast meal, there are brasseries or all-you-can-eat restaurants. Here, we take our time… and savor every bite! There were four of us, and we had a wonderful evening. We'll also share some photos of our meals. A big thank you to Fafa and the whole team for this lovely evening. We'll definitely be back! An address we highly recommend without hesitation.
