02/09/2026: Another superb evening at Le Boem in Aigues-Mortes! We already know the restaurant very well and have been several times, but last night, everything was truly perfect. We were particularly impressed by the duck, cooked to absolute perfection: well-rested, tender, and perfectly pink, exactly as it should be. It's a dish that requires real mastery of cooking, and frankly, it was remarkable. A beautiful plate, as beautiful as it was delicious. The fig tartlet was excellent, not too sweet, magnificent. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent, with beautiful presentations and great care taken in the preparation of the dishes. And the value for money is truly perfect: considering the quality of the food and the service offered, it's really not expensive. The welcome was also perfect, and the whole team was lovely, smiling, and attentive, despite the fatigue of the end of the season. That really deserves to be highlighted. And above all, when you come to dine at a restaurant like Le Boem, you have to take your time. We don't just come here for a quick bite; we come to appreciate the dishes, the flavors, and enjoy a pleasant experience. If you want a fast meal, there are brasseries or all-you-can-eat restaurants. Here, we take our time… and savor every bite! There were four of us, and we had a wonderful evening. We'll also share some photos of our meals. A big thank you to Fafa and the whole team for this lovely evening. We'll definitely be back! An address we highly recommend without hesitation.
