A culinary discovery, bursting with flavor. Delicate and friendly service... an excellent evening. One is rarely surprised in gastronomy except by great chefs... and there, it's a real surprise!

A very good restaurant, but it could be excellent if… 1/ The restaurant is clean but lacks a certain charm. The bistro-style atmosphere isn't there. We were seated under a glass roof that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time… a real shame. 2/ The service is pleasant, but it feels rushed. Customers aren't offered an experience; they're served dishes whose contents the waitress only vaguely knows. It's a pity, as a few additional details often allow the palate to prepare for the tasting. 3/ The dishes are original, which is a real plus. As is often the case, the chef overuses the coriander, which tends to overpower the other flavors. But overall, the food is good. The desserts need improvement; they really lack originality. In short, a good restaurant, but with a few improvements, it could become a truly excellent place.
