We love coming here at the end of summer for a special date night, and we absolutely love it! First of all, the surprise menu is a real treat for the taste buds; we're never disappointed. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations, especially considering the €185 bill. Upon arrival, no children's menu was available, even though I had specifically requested one in the reservation comments. A quick call beforehand would have been appreciated if the establishment didn't offer a suitable menu. Even more problematic: we weren't asked about any potential allergies or intolerances. The first course contained shrimp, to which I am allergic, and I therefore couldn't eat it. The service also seemed subpar. When we asked what a condiment on the plate was, the response was simply, "That's the chef's special." I completely understand the desire to preserve an element of surprise, but when a customer asks a specific question about a dish, the staff should be able to answer it or, failing that, check with the kitchen. Another detail that matters in the experience: between the main courses and desserts, the table wasn't cleaned, even though we were with children and it clearly needed it. Regarding the cuisine, there's clearly effort and a genuine desire to offer a globally inspired style. However, we found that the meal remained largely consistent in flavor from beginning to end, with relatively few changes or surprises. I'm fully aware of the number of hours of work and investment that go into running a restaurant, and even more so into creating an ambitious cuisine. This review is therefore not easy to write. But at €185, you're buying a complete experience, not just what's on the plate. And on that particular day, mainly due to the level of service and several shortcomings, we unfortunately didn't feel that the experience lived up to the price. Finally, considering the products served and their quantity, the cost of materials seemed particularly low compared to the price of the menu.

From the moment you arrive, the restaurant's entrance and the restaurant itself are beautiful and perfectly reflect its philosophy: global flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. The experience continues with a warm welcome from the owners, who are also exceptionally friendly (a special shout-out to Madame, who loves to talk and is a joy to listen to). The meal was delicious and surprising, and I was delighted to discover flavors I'm not used to, each one as succulent as the last. The meat, fish, and shellfish were cooked to perfection—thank you so much! Your restaurant is an excellent place that I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys exploring new culinary worlds. Keep up the good work—you're wonderful, talented, and engaging! And long live umami!
