It was a real pleasure, as usual. The ambiance and the cuisine were perfect for a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, a delightful blend of exquisite flavors; the chef is truly top-notch. An address not to be missed in Aigues-Mortes!

The amuse-bouche, starter, and main course were perfect!
Only the desserts, in my opinion, fell short in terms of flavor. They lacked the "explosion" of taste that the other dishes had.

We found the concept interesting: an "anonymous" menu where each guest receives a different dish, allowing them to share or choose their favorite.

Absolutely perfect! We were a little apprehensive about the surprise menu, but the concept was so well executed that everyone enjoyed themselves. We discovered wonderful flavors, the service was discreet, the tableware was beautiful, and the chef was very approachable and friendly.
We'll definitely be back!

Exceptional cuisine with Asian flavors that elevate every dish.
Warm and extremely efficient service.
The chef listens to our feedback at the end of the meal and enjoys interacting with customers. A must-visit when you're in Aigues-Mortes.
