Le Bistrot Paiou

31/07/2026: In a very touristy area where bad restaurants abound, I found a real gem. At Le Paiou, the dishes aren't just good: they're refined, creative, and visually stunning. And what makes the experience even more special is the family story behind the food: the mother provides service with genuine kindness, exceptional attentiveness, and a true sense of hospitality, while her son, in the kitchen, brings talent, precision, and creativity to every dish. A place I recommend without hesitation.
30/07/2026: Absolutely delicious! The "signature" mashed potatoes are divine! A very pleasant setting and lovely staff too. We had a wonderful time, but above all, we ate extremely well. Thank you to the whole team!
