The staff were very welcoming. Passing through Lille, I came to this lovely restaurant for the second time. The first time I was very satisfied, but this time, for dessert, my friend and I chose sugar waffles. They were incredibly dry, practically inedible. I mentioned it to the receptionist, who told me they would speak to the kitchen. I felt very embarrassed in front of my friend, whom I was treating. When you pay, I expect quality in return, and that was definitely not the case. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I recommend this restaurant, except for the sugar waffles.

A really nice restaurant with a lovely terrace on a fairly quiet street on weekends. They had a variety of tasty open-faced sandwiches to start, followed by Angus bavette steak with Maroilles cheese, crispy chicken, and lots of other things we didn't get to try. Simple and efficient, and above all, a very welcoming team. We even chatted about rugby (I'm from Toulouse 😁) with Jules, who took great care of us all evening. We stumbled upon it by chance and will definitely go back if we're ever in Lille again!

A very pleasant surprise! €10.50 for two very generous open-faced sandwiches; I didn't even need dessert. They also have cold open-faced sandwiches with burrata and pesto, which are very refreshing in this heat 😁. I'll be back!

Had some tasty tartines and the bavette with chimichurri. However, the fries were terrible, much too hard, but as a Belgian I am critical about that. Otherwise, correct service and a cozy terrace.
