Artisan boulanger by Paul Meunier sur Tours

A must-stop in Tours! A popular local artisanal boulangerie with fresh-baked goods made in-house. We simply had a classic butter croissant, but it was absolutely delicious—flaky, buttery, and so satisfying. Sometimes, simple is best!

A fairly small bakery, with a small area for eating a snack or sandwich. I bought two sandwiches which were quite good, but the service left something to be desired; but then again, when you're trying to do several things at once, it's not easy.

Delicious breakfast. The coffee could be better, but otherwise good value combos.

Passing through Tours for one night, we stumbled upon this bakery where we enjoyed an afternoon snack of chorizo ​​and Comté cheese savory crepes, a strawberry tart, and a Saint Honoré cake. Everything was excellent! I even convinced my partner to take me back there the next morning before hitting the road again.

First time here. Probably the last... I bought two ham, butter, and Emmental sandwiches; I'm still looking for where the butter is hiding

Eight days ago I bought a fig bread which I had sliced. I was very disappointed because it wasn't fresh at all and tasted bad. I doubted its freshness.

The cakes are delicious, even the specialty ones, the bread 🍞, the sandwiches, etc... except for the coffee 😁 which is too bitter. Warm welcome and smiling staff.
