La Bastide Saint Antoine - Jacques Chibois

13/01/2026: I visited Labastide Saint-Antoine this Saturday during the annual truffle festival. There was a wonderful demonstration outside with truffle dogs and other stalls to tantalize the taste buds, including cooking shows by disciples of Auguste Escoffier. All the dishes were excellent. I also had the chance to eat inside. Everything was a succession of authentic tastes and flavors with perfect presentation, and as a bonus at the end of the meal, a short visit to my table from Chef Jacques Chibois. In short, I'd go back without hesitation.
10/01/2026: We have been for dinner there. People are very polite and pay attention. We enjoyed the 5 course menu and this was a great choice. The location provides a nice view and makes the dinner along with the service perfect.
