Nice setting, wait much too long, 45 min at lunchtime for 2 salads... Rather basic in taste (20 EUR burrata and not really ripe tomatoes). Pay that much for a salad, why not, but it has to be a little more sophisticated and tasty than that.. disappointment Clearly a big difference with the services before

I organized my partner's surprise 50th birthday at the Terrasses du All in a Grasse. We were 20 people. Everything was great! Very professional servers! The meal (aperitif dinner) until dessert was perfect! The magnificent setting! This event was more than a success thanks to you! So thank you! We recommend +++

The first time (in April 2024) that we discovered this place we thought we had found nirvana.: great welcome, fast service, very good dish, small aperitif cup, etc. We then came back numerous times and there was disappointment. Service far too long, no nibbles to nibble on even after asking many times. We once had a dish that was not suitable and there was no action from the management to compensate. And the last time we came we had the ACE “homemade” fruit juice, as many times before. We reported it was too acidic and brought back another one with just more water. We reported it and still no action. It's a shame because we love the place but we really need to make an effort in terms of service....

Very nice setting, offers themed evenings with a good atmosphere. But big downside on the service.. not enough waiters or cooks for the number of people welcomed.. oversights in the orders.. servers completely overwhelmed as there is a theme evening (I participated in 6 theme evenings and always the same problems).. over time we have less and less desire to come.. even paying the bill is complicated.. it's a real shame because this restaurant has enormous potential and attracts a lot people, so… hire!

Best restaurant in Grasse. The setting is exotic, once we are there, we don't want to leave. The staff is welcoming, the dishes are beautiful and good. Being in a tennis/padel club makes the place even more lively and friendly. Ample free parking in front, which makes access even easier. I recommend with my eyes closed!

Came at 5 on a Sunday afternoon. The service was impeccable, friendly and efficient. But the dishes were really very average. Very basic homemade Milanese escalope, and Asian cabbage salad with almost only cabbage and little else. As much as the place and the staff are good, the cuisine seemed very disappointing to us. Damage.

21/08/2024: I gave three stars out of respect for the work because I know the difficulties of this profession well. On the other hand, a restaurateur who complains to his customers about being tired is not professional. Damage. It was long before. We used to stop at this simple but very well located snack bar, on the heights which refreshed us during the hot summer months. We went there especially for the beautiful and good ice creams in the afternoon, which we did this Sunday. But change of direction, change of atmosphere. We didn't know that it was now closed in the afternoon and we arrived at 3 p.m. The boss (?) certainly wanted to be accommodating, I grant, but his way of welcoming us and responding to us was not accepted and we turned around. It’s not the customer’s problem if the restaurateur works 7/7. We knew this profession well and gave a lot too. When we can't hold on any longer, we change jobs but we don't verbally attack customers because we're tired. Especially since in this area the season does not last 12 months because in low season it is very cold. Not inviting to eat on the terrace and the interior is very small. In short. You can try to go there, you might be better received, but for our part it's over and we regret it.
