We stumbled across this amazing restaurant and came back the following night for more; we noticed some others had done the same! 29/07/2026: My wife and I went there. Lovely setting in the old town. We took one of the few tables outside, on a small square. The food was good and well-prepared; the filet mignon with mushroom sauce and the flank steak were both delicious. Accompanied by homemade fries and a green salad, followed by a floating island dessert, we had a very enjoyable dinner. The rosé by the carafe was very good, and the service was pleasant; it was a very nice evening. Thank you.

22/07/2026: This is exactly what you'd expect from this type of establishment. Roadside diner atmosphere, good food, fast service, and good value for money. NOTE: There's a set menu and the seating is mostly outdoors in the shade (so no air conditioning).

09/07/2026: I don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs. Mold in the bathroom, dirty towels with chewing gum, inability to lock the window in the room = risk of theft, and a very rude and unpleasant owner. A terrible experience. This is no way to run a business.

05/07/2026: We stayed overnight for a rest. For a 2 star hotel, it's a nice hotel with an Italian restaurant. Not far from the autobahn (10km). There's a wonderful bakery nearby.

20/08/2026: A must for enjoying a good ribeye steak! With a view of the stables, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick; you can tell the team cares about its customers. We'll definitely be back :)

03/06/2026: The dough is simply excellent, and the pizzas are very generously topped. They are undoubtedly the best pizzas in the area, enhanced by authentic wood-fired baking. The pizza maker is incredibly kind and has mastered the art of pizza making. I highly recommend going there without hesitation!

29/10/2025: This establishment is hidden from the eyes of tourists, who are preoccupied as they are with the restaurant terraces on the adjacent square. How wrong they are! While the place itself may not look like much, the food is excellent and reasonably priced.

31/08/2026: Nice establishment. We had the €37 set menu and the dishes were good. However, the portions weren't very generous. We only got two baby potatoes as a side dish. No appetizers or snacks were served with the champagne. We had to ask for a few olives. The service was appalling. There were no smiles, no attentiveness. We felt like we were bothering them. I had mentioned when making the reservation that it was my husband's 60th birthday and I reiterated this upon arrival. I was told they would mark the occasion with candles. The dessert arrived, and they had forgotten it. The staff hadn't been informed of this. I complained, and they brought the dessert with a crooked candle, not to my husband, but to my almost 90-year-old father! To top it off, they charged us more for the bottle of wine than the price listed on the menu. They changed it because I noticed, without a single apology. What a disappointment this restaurant was. We won't be back.
