We came here to eat with colleagues, on the recommendation of a nearby bar, and it's a great place for a good meal, I recommend it.

Very warm welcome and excellent meal

Good and well-served. Unlimited fries. The servers are pleasant and smiling.

The fries are salted before they arrive at the table, and our batch was excessively salty. We had to ask twice for extra fries. The server brings the fries on a plate but doesn't serve you the whole thing? Where do they go after that? It's better to leave the plate on the table or serve the entire dish.

A very poor experience with the service, even though the meal itself was quite good. The two waitresses were squatting to the side outside, which didn't exactly project a professional image for the establishment. The blonde waitress, in particular, was constantly huffing and puffing, and it was clear she was getting impatient quickly when we spoke to her. She also wasn't able to explain the menu properly. As soon as we arrived, we ordered drinks. However, they weren't served at the same time: we had to wait about ten minutes just for a Coke. In the middle of a heatwave, we also had to ask for ice. The response was: "I'll see if there's any left..." Frankly, for drinks served in the middle of summer and in such heat, this isn't really what you expect from an establishment. We then asked for the small portion to be sent before taking the rest of our order. She arrived very abruptly, telling us she was taking the entire order. She explained that it was because they were closing early, as there weren't many customers. However, the posted hours indicated 11 p.m., and it was only 9:30 p.m. We therefore felt we had to hurry simply because there weren't enough customers. When we pointed out that, under these circumstances, our review certainly wouldn't be positive and that we intended to leave, she then mentioned her complimentary salad. We finally ordered out of courtesy, even though, honestly, we would have left a long time ago. As for the meal, the meat was very good, and we enjoyed it nonetheless. However, the shoestring fries were far too overcooked, and the homemade sauce was much too oily for our taste. It's a shame, because the meal could have been a good experience. But the service, the attitude, and the lack of attention to customers really ruined the experience. A little more professionalism and consideration would have made all the difference.

Excellent spot in Arras! I especially love their set menu featuring meat and fries, with unlimited refills. It's a generous portion, delicious, and particularly enjoyable when you have a big appetite. The meat is flavorful and the combination works really well. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. A great experience every time, I highly recommend it!
