Au Bistronome sur Saint-Omer

It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.

The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

I stopped here on the way from Eurotunnel. It was so good we returned again on the way home. Food is exceptional, but great value.

What a great place to enjoy a superb evening of excellent cuisine served by welcoming and professional staff. Felt a million dollars and the cost for 4 persons was €230. We ate exceedingly well and drank equally so. Totally recommend a visit. When we return to St Omer we will definitely be eating here. Great Steak Tartare. Amazing selection of cheeses.

Lovely restaurant in the middle of St Omer! The service, food & ambiance are all superb. Au Bistronome is the only restaurant we go to when staying in St Omer.

We've been there several times and have always been very satisfied: a very warm welcome, seasonal and high-quality products, and expertly prepared. We highly recommend this restaurant.
