I stopped here on the way from Eurotunnel. It was so good we returned again on the way home. Food is exceptional, but great value.

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had; amazing cuisine, very welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. The sort of place I would go well out of my way to come back to.

What a great place to enjoy a superb evening of excellent cuisine served by welcoming and professional staff. Felt a million dollars and the cost for 4 persons was €230. We ate exceedingly well and drank equally so. Totally recommend a visit. When we return to St Omer we will definitely be eating here. Great Steak Tartare. Amazing selection of cheeses.

THANK YOU ALL! Honestly, the welcome was warm, the meal was prepared with meticulous care, and the amuse-bouches were superb – nothing to complain about, great job! I even got to speak with a chef nicknamed Paul – very professional, hats off to you all, it blew me away!

Lovely restaurant in the middle of St Omer! The service, food & ambiance are all superb. Au Bistronome is the only restaurant we go to when staying in St Omer.

19/04/2026: Our second meal at the Hôtel Restaurant l'Industrie was, once again, perfect. The first time, as a couple for lunch, we were charmed by the setting, the welcome, and the quality of the food. The second time, as a family, we were all delighted with our empty plates. A pleasant meal, with the same warm welcome, and a quick hello from the Chef at the end, who spoke passionately about what he and his lovely wife do every day. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Our 3-year-old son loved his "little chef" plate, presented just like the grown-ups' plates, with reasonable portions. He was so happy he didn't leave a crumb! :) Thank you, Jérémie and Virginie! :) We will gladly return. ;)

29/03/2026: Fine and delicious cuisine Friendly and welcoming atmosphere
28/03/2026: The place is magnificent, beautifully decorated and lit despite the dark paint. The amuse-bouches and starter were delicious, the main course was good but lacked flavor in the vegetables, and the dessert was good but didn't have that burst of flavor that really pops in your mouth. An experience worth having... One small drawback: they don't accept restaurant vouchers despite it being listed on the website.
