First time here. The welcome and the meal were top-notch. The flavors were spot on. The presentation and the quantity were also excellent. The wine recommendations were a nice bonus. Everything was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. We'll definitely be back.

As with all our previous reservations, it was a delightful experience. The menu was refined and exceptionally well-prepared, and the welcome was simple and warm. Undoubtedly one of our favorite places.

Excellent find! Passing through Saint-Omer, we booked a table at La Harde des Saveurs somewhat by chance, and we're so glad we did! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the owners are charming, which is a definite plus! Special mention to the Limoncello after-dinner drink! We'll be back!

The place is magnificent, beautifully decorated and lit despite the dark paint. The amuse-bouches and starter were delicious, the main course was good but lacked flavor in the vegetables, and the dessert was good but didn't have that burst of flavor that really pops in your mouth. An experience worth having... One small drawback: they don't accept restaurant vouchers despite it being listed on the website.

25/04/2026: It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.
11/04/2026: The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Our second meal at the Hôtel Restaurant l'Industrie was, once again, perfect. The first time, as a couple for lunch, we were charmed by the setting, the welcome, and the quality of the food. The second time, as a family, we were all delighted with our empty plates. A pleasant meal, with the same warm welcome, and a quick hello from the Chef at the end, who spoke passionately about what he and his lovely wife do every day. A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Our 3-year-old son loved his "little chef" plate, presented just like the grown-ups' plates, with reasonable portions. He was so happy he didn't leave a crumb! :) Thank you, Jérémie and Virginie! :) We will gladly return. ;)
