As always, delicious and a very warm welcome. Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because there was a large table behind us and it was very noisy. Otherwise, it was still a delight and a wonderful discovery for the palate.

Delicious and original dessert!

Very interesting and innovative food. Starters and mains were great and desserts were fine but a little odd with tomatoes and courgettes used in a sweet dessert. Perhaps trying a little too hard to be different? Service was very attentive although a brief explanation of the dishes would suffice. No need to highlight every single ingredient in every dish. Just pick a few highlights for each dish. By the end of the evening we had heard it about 6 times! I imagine they are going for the fine dining niche in which case, maybe provide better quality bread, buy better quality cutlery and clear glasses that are finished with from the table. This may sound a bit negative but it really was an interesting dining experience, different to other local restaurants, which just needs a little finessing. Thank you

A truly wonderful experience, both in terms of the food and the atmosphere. This restaurant is run by genuine enthusiasts, where you can feel all the love and expertise they put into their cooking. The dishes are refined, bold, and perfectly executed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end: flawless!
