My review is a bit skewed 😅 I had lunch there today. Half a wheel of raclette cooked on a traditional grill around a round table in a private wooden cabin... absolutely perfect! I'll be back soon to try your menu, I promise 👍😍

Excellent evening spent at Le Bœuf with friends from the southwest. A very warm welcome from the whole team and great advice, especially from Rachel. The calf's head vinaigrette was absolutely divine! The delicious dry and fruity Muscat as an aperitif was a perfect introduction to the wonderful flavors of the dishes that followed. This isn't my first visit to this restaurant, and each time it's a truly wonderful experience of fine dining and pleasant conversation. Thank you all, Charles and Noëlle.

07/01/2026: After spending two evenings at this magnificent venue, I can confidently say that it's more than just a restaurant, but an experience to be savoured thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the entire staff and the beauty of the venue, both inside and out. You feel at home, part of the family. All the dishes are served with care and elegance and are of the highest quality. It's a shame it's 471 km away from us, making it impossible to return whenever we wish, but we'll always carry a wonderful memory with us. A special greeting to Sofia... Thank you so much.
