We booked a table for 31 people at this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We were very satisfied with the meal and the organization (table setting, menu, birthday cake). This restaurant has a very pleasant room on the first floor, perfect for a family celebration.

We once again had a wonderful time at the Auberge du Moulin in Plobsheim, this time enjoying an excellent sauerkraut—generous and flavorful. It was a real pleasure to rediscover the tastes of our beautiful Alsatian cuisine! We usually enjoy their tarte flambée, which we consider simply the best in Alsace! The Auberge du Moulin is a sure bet that we recommend without hesitation. A place to discover and rediscover, where we always return with pleasure! Thank you to the whole team!

For Grandparents' Day on October 4th, 2026, I invited my grandson for lunch. The meals were excellent and well-presented. I had the opportunity to see my granddaughter at work, as she works there as a waitress. Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The owner was welcoming and very friendly.
