Excellent, the tarte flambée is delicious! Thank you to the chef who makes the tarte flambée; he's very respectful of orders without bacon (cleaning the oven, changing utensils, washing his hands between orders...). It's really appreciated because it's not like that everywhere. I highly recommend it; plus, they have a lovely, large, and very pleasant terrace.

A family evening with an EXCELLENT TARTE FLAMBEE. It's always a pleasure to spend an evening at the AUBERGE du MOULIN, where a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere reigns; moreover, the inn is a member of the brotherhood of the true Flammekueche. A guarantee of quality. The waitstaff are always smiling, and the tarte flambée is always a real delight. I highly recommend this establishment.
