Excellent in every way: the flavors, the quality of the ingredients, the setting, the ambiance, the extremely pleasant and smiling staff, and even the chef who came by to ask if we had enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't regret it.

Very disappointed by the attitude of the woman who takes reservations by phone and handles the payment. We had booked for 12:30 PM. We arrived at 12:15 PM. When it came time to pay, she made one of those comments: "Were you supposed to come at 12:30 PM?" "What's the problem if we arrive 15 minutes early?" We are loyal customers. But this comment really put us off.

What can I say except Wow! I've been to a lot of restaurants, but this one was something else! I had an excellent cordon bleu with Munster cheese—not dry at all, with no sinew. The small vegetable casserole on the side was equally excellent and perfectly seasoned! My wife ordered a hanger steak with shallots—it was enormous! And the verdict was the same: the meat was cooked to perfection, it melted in your mouth—a marvel, especially with the homemade spaetzle. In short, for us, it was flawless. We'll be back without hesitation. It's a shame we have an hour's drive to get here, but with such a great experience, we don't mind at all! Thank you!
