What can I say except Wow! I've been to a lot of restaurants, but this one was something else! I had an excellent cordon bleu with Munster cheese—not dry at all, with no sinew. The small vegetable casserole on the side was equally excellent and perfectly seasoned! My wife ordered a hanger steak with shallots—it was enormous! And the verdict was the same: the meat was cooked to perfection, it melted in your mouth—a marvel, especially with the homemade spaetzle. In short, for us, it was flawless. We'll be back without hesitation. It's a shame we have an hour's drive to get here, but with such a great experience, we don't mind at all! Thank you!
