17/08/2026: So happy to see La Gargouille back, more vibrant than ever! This legendary establishment had been struggling since Michel Vacher left. Today, what a revival! A wonderful team is dedicated to this iconic Chambon landmark, with its welcoming and friendly terrace. Jacques' idea of ​​adding an oyster bar is brilliant, especially since the Tatihou oysters are incredibly fresh and delicate. We really enjoyed the well-thought-out menu with its lovely salads and excellent sharing platters. And the Saint Veran… What can we say? We'll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome!
