Au Bourguignon du Marais sur Paris

The beef bourguignon was excellent. The service was superb. I highly recommend it.

A typically French restaurant, with super friendly service and a delicious menu... the address is in a really nice neighborhood with lots of locals... unlike the more touristy areas. Very good experience...

Wonderful Parisian restaurant! Reservations for dinner are highly recommended if not mandatory. Our server spoke good English, and was pleasant, she was all business tho which was totally fine and expected. We had the onion soup and basket of French baguettes. Both were delicious. They serve all types of drinks here, we just got a couple bottles of coke. If you run out and want more you better ask because the only thing getting refilled is the water. We just asked for a pitcher of water which was free and tastes perfectly fine. We ate the beef Bourguignon which was fall apart tender and the best thing we ate in Paris. We also had the filet with grilled polenta and it was super tender and came with a delicious dipping sauce with a flavor profile I had never experienced. For dessert we ate Profiteroles which were on point. Lots of chocolate sauce and some vanilla (French vanilla no doubt) which was one of the better vanilla ice creams I’ve ever eaten. Overall I highly recommend this spot. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, DO NOT sit on the patio outside. Yes it’s “romantic” but if you’re not used to it it’s not a great experience. Pro Tip: we are inside and if you eat inside there is no smoking.

Great authentic place. Beef bourguignon and steak were SO good, so was the foie gras. Staff were wonderful, host was very welcoming as well and gave us a lovely table by the open window.

it is only ok, nothing too special. The weather was 26 degrees during heatwave but they did not turn on AC so that was tough

Friendly server. The octopus dish is really delicious. You must try the dessert.
