The welcome, the quality of the food, and the service are exactly what you'd expect from the best brasseries. As a regular customer, I'm always delighted to find the perfect formula for a successful lunch or dinner with friends or business associates.
This time, we ate on the terrace, which was a bit noisy, but so pleasant in these last days of summer.

On a family trip, recommended by the hotel concierge, we dined there twice, and the staff were very friendly. The raw seafood and food were truly delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and the rooms were well-kept. Recommended.

Waiter constantly forgot to bring food and never gave us even spoon to share desserts. The restaurant forgot to tell us that one part of a seafood platform was missing (bulot) so there was a substitution (bigorneau) which are much harder to eat. But tonthe restaurant's credit, they didn't charge for our wine.
We enjoy Lorraine and will continue to come but they need to train staff to be more attentive.
We have same problems in New York with waiters who have no common sense or just don't even care about their work.
The new generation don't want to work or work hard. They seem more interested in their tattoos or body piercing. What a world!!

The food overall wasn't bad, but it was a shame about the final price of the sole, which came to €76 per plate! It was the most expensive dish we've ever paid! The place was very dusty and old-fashioned... nothing exciting! The service wasn't anything special, except that there were eight of us and the dishes didn't all arrive at the same time, but rather randomly.

Excellent service!
From the setting (pleasant and slightly cool table), to the very high-quality food, and especially the excellent service with two attentive waiters, everything was perfect. Not a single misstep. Bravo!

I have been here many times as I live just 5 min away but I can see the food quality is not like before. The fish and chips was also mediocre.
