A mixed review for our visit to Au Bureau in Pontarlier. The good: A huge thank you to Agathe, our waitress, who was outstanding throughout the meal! Smiling, pleasant, and particularly attentive. The crème brûlée, while not perfect, was still good. The bad: A slight delay in the kitchen and a few disappointments with the food: the steak was served rare when we had asked for it well-done. Finally, the overall atmosphere was really very noisy, which somewhat spoiled the experience. Thanks again to Agathe for her impeccable service despite the busy dining room!
