We had a great experience during our road trip in the region.

We had a great time at the St. Maximin office and received a very warm welcome from the manager, Fabrice I believe. He was very kind to us; thank you to him for finding us a spot on the shaded terrace despite it already being busy! 👌👌

Dinner on August 20, 2026. I'm writing mainly because we found the waitress exceptional, a certain Adrienne, I believe? Efficient, quick, and friendly, it's rare to see service of this quality these days. It makes you want to come back, in addition to the generous portions.

The Caesar salad was very good, and the burgers and crinkle-cut fries were delicious.
It's a shame there's a big TV; it's too distracting for the children!

The setting is pleasant and the staff friendly. As for the food, it was good, but unfortunately lacked real flavor and character. The dishes were fairly standard and a bit bland for my taste. It's more of a pub/brasserie atmosphere than a true restaurant experience, which perhaps explains my expectations. Nothing bad, but I was expecting something more flavorful and sophisticated.
