Great as usual. Welcoming staff, I recommend it.

I find the lack of communication and organization regarding ANCV Connect payments regrettable. In August, I called to ask if this payment method was accepted. I was told it wasn't yet available, but that it should be soon. We came back on September 7th, and I asked again. I was told it still wasn't possible, but that the tills would be changed the very next day and ANCV Connect would be implemented at that time. So, on September 27th, I called again to get confirmation. I was finally told that ANCV Connect was still not accepted. When I reminded them that I had been told at the beginning of September that the change of tills would allow its implementation, I was told that the tills had indeed been changed, but that the staff didn't know how to use ANCV Connect. I find this regrettable, especially after receiving repeated assurances that the service would be available. The problem isn't necessarily that ANCV Connect isn't yet accepted, but rather the lack of communication and preparation. Training staff during the cash register switchover would likely have prevented this situation and allowed for reliable information to be provided to customers. I hope this payment method will be implemented soon and that communication regarding it will be clearer.

The price-quality ratio is good. Otherwise, why is Welsh rarebit almost the same price as a brasserie meal?

Awfully slow service waited 25 minutes for food and it wasn’t even busy

I've seen much better; everything was cold and there was almost nothing left in the self-service area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of vegetables and the excellent meat, and the friendliness of the staff. We will gladly return.

Overall, the staff were smiling, polite, and pleasant. The service was satisfactory, and the food was good. However, some staff members seemed less than comfortable in their roles. The main negative point concerns the cleanliness of the premises, which deserves attention, as some areas were quite dirty. Aside from this, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The food was average compared to other French Flunch restaurants. We appreciated the staff's helpfulness, even though we don't speak French.

The prices have gone up... the Tennessee burger is no longer included in the €9.99 meal deal with drinks, but now it's a €11.99 dish without drinks (€2 more 😮‍💨), but their vegetables are very good 👌
