A warm welcome from the whole team. Special mention for Agathe. She has incredible patience and excellent interpersonal skills. Last week we stopped by and witnessed a truly bizarre scene! The customers couldn't decide whether to order inside or outside, some inside, others outside, even forcing her to go outside to ask what type of coffee the customer wanted. Frankly, if I were in Agathe's shoes, I wouldn't have been so patient. So no, she's not unpleasant or rude; she's fantastic. Well done to the whole team.

Well-located bakery with parking. Nothing like the bread from Auchan.

Quite cheap compared to Belgium, you can have breakfast there or eat on the premises.

For our UK visitors this is a Greggs but nicer, not the cleanest easting area in the world but great if you have kids and need to all eat cheaply and rest for a while before you get on a boat, which we did twice. Generally non English speaking.

The lady who served us was as pleasant as ever, but I was very disappointed with the quality of your Caesar salad at lunchtime today. It was full of onions, which is unusual for a Caesar salad. But the most unpleasant thing was that my salad was a garbage dump of hard, brown bits. What happened? This is not up to your usual standard. After removing all the unpleasant bits, there was nothing left in the container.

The dining room is never clean; we've eaten there maybe four times (over several months) and we're always looking for the least dirty table, which is a real shame! Otherwise, the food is very good and the service is good.

Very pleasant staff, consistently delicious products and loyalty benefits that are always welcome.

A bakery chain that I would describe as classic, but with a slight edge over others. Indeed, my customer experience during my visit on Monday, December 8, 2025, around 7:00 PM, was particularly noteworthy. I was warmly greeted by a young woman wearing glasses. She served me with exceptional care and a kind word, which is rare these days. I hope her manager will recognize her excellent service.
