Super good thank you for the service

The cocktail was very tasty, but not exactly mind-blowing. And the aperitif arrived very late, just before the main course. The crème brûlée was delicious, as always. The disappointment was the two-salmon tartiflette. What makes this dish so good is the Reblochon cheese, which gives it its creamy texture and iconic flavor. But here, the cheese was so minimal that it was impossible to taste it. In fact, what cheese was used in this dish? The service was attentive and friendly, very pleasant. In January, I had a much more positive experience. However, it's impossible to post a new review without deleting this one, even though it's still valid for the visit mentioned.

The woman who seated us should be a bit more friendly and less rude when we asked her a question. Apart from that, we had an amazing waiter—super attentive, available, and always smiling. As usual, we'll be back.

We had a very good meal, and our waitress Mau was fantastic.

The mussels and fries were good, a minor drawback for Normandy, where Camembert isn't particularly popular. A small complaint about the dining room: the staff seemed a bit too relaxed and self-assured. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation even though the restaurant was empty. Someone occasionally appeared in the dining room, talking loudly and scratching their backside (I thought they were an entertainer trying to liven things up), and a waitress cut in front of me as I was heading to my table after washing my hands, even though the restaurant is quite large... minor details, nothing serious, but I've experienced better elsewhere. Thankfully, the young waitress with glasses was there to raise the overall level of service. Oh, and I almost forgot, no one came to say goodbye, or see you soon, or anything like that.

Laïza took excellent care of us. The service was quick. We are satisfied.

Good food, great team, the positive internal atmosphere is contagious.
