A fantastic experience at Au Bureau! The burger was truly excellent, perfectly prepared, a huge thank you to the chef 👌 And a big thank you also to Kevin, a truly top-notch waiter—super welcoming, friendly, smiling, and very professional. Honestly, it's a pleasure to receive service like that. We had a wonderful time. One small negative point, though: one of the waitresses wasn't very smiley and often sniffed in front of the customers, which made the initial welcome a little awkward. But apart from that, everything else was absolutely perfect!

Fantastic restaurant, very pleasant, the service was perfect, the atmosphere was lovely, the food was excellent, and the waiter, Kevin, was very kind. I went to eat there for my birthday and it was great! I highly recommend it!!! 👍

While on vacation in the area, I stopped at this restaurant. We received a warm welcome. There were some mistakes in taking our order, and the waitress was rather unfriendly. I find this disappointing, working in a restaurant.

Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome, for taking our request into account when we made the reservation, and for their great kindness. The food was delicious and the service was truly excellent. You can tell they are an attentive and friendly team, which is a pleasure. We had a fantastic time!

13/08/2026: We had a lovely, convivial family meal (there were seven of us at the table). The quality-price ratio was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the chefs in the kitchen were fantastic. We ate the set menu, which was really worth the price, and the children's menu was very generous; they loved it, especially with their desserts. We will gladly return. The service was quick, and we wish you continued success.

16/07/2026: Don't leave Vesoul without trying one of the chef's specialties: bursting andouillette sausage with cancoillotte cheese. We also tried the dessert of the day: a confit tomato and rhubarb tart; the discussion with the chef about this dessert and ways to improve it was very pleasant!
20/06/2026: A pleasant moment. Family atmosphere and welcoming staff. We stopped there for a drink, a nice little break.
