The welcome and service were impeccable; the staff were pleasant and efficient. As for the food, the dishes were delicious. I tried the Bureau Burger in the XL version, and my wife had the steak tartare: a very pleasant surprise, both in terms of quality and quantity. About ten years ago, I stopped going to Le Bureau because I felt the quality and portion sizes had declined. Today, my opinion has definitely changed! Excellent value for money, generous and flavorful dishes. A small ice cream to finish the meal, and it was perfect. 🍔🍨 I highly recommend it.

The salmon tartare and fries were good; no complaints about the meal. However, I was surprised to be served a 400ml tube of mayonnaise that had already been opened. I explained that this raised a hygiene concern for me, as I had no way of knowing how long the tube had been open or how many people had handled it before me. Unfortunately, no alternative solution (individual portion or otherwise) was offered. So I ate my meal without mayonnaise. It's a shame, because the dish itself was good, but this point, in my opinion, deserves to be addressed to reassure customers about hygiene standards.

Mother's Day Sunday and the restaurant was packed. The three waiters were overwhelmed but remained calm and professional from start to finish! Well done to them, but they should definitely have planned for extra staff to reduce the wait between our arrival and departure.

We've been coming for several years now, and despite the cheerful waitresses and waitresses, it unfortunately doesn't make up for the declining quality of the food over time… The salads used to be generous and well-filled, but the last Caesar salad was a tiny bit of a mess! The flammekueche appetizer with bacon bits had a filling in the middle and a dry, bare crust all around, even though it was completely covered! The burger had an overcooked, dry bun, so to round things out, we ordered a small glass of white wine, but… The bottle of Viognies was €19.50; now, in just one month, it's €26.50! The grapes and wine still seem to come from France… I understand the need to cut costs; times are tough for you, but for us too. But don't lose what made you special and what made us enjoy our little moment of happiness…
