Loyal customer, we are never disappointed, living in Macon it does not bother us to travel 40 km to come because we know that we will eat well, the dishes on the menu are excellent and the desserts are the final bouquet of this meal, the service is at the top, everyone is friendly and smiling.

I went to this establishment, working in Villefranche sur Saône. The welcome was warm, smiling, caring, but that was before. Everything has changed, only men, no female staff seen. The interior is cold. The terrace has expanded. Too many people, only 4 people, insufficient. Certainly this day was spring. I preferred to go inside with a friend. Thank you sir for answering me. You are short of staff Okay. I was a waitress in a posh bar in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon. From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dishes were offered. I learned on the spot, because I didn't know. During the managers' vacation, there were 2 of us. Never had a problem. Our meal was brought by the nearby restaurant. Salary + tips and meal. It suited me. I have always been charming and smiling with the customers. I'm not asking you about current salaries. This is my answer. After all, it's your establishment. For information, I worked at the police station located on rue de la Barmondière. It was before. I am retired from the National Police... I don't know anyone. Sorry sir. Good luck to your employees. 😉. I have just read the other reviews, which are rather laudatory... I do not question your restaurant, nor the culinary quality. Happy for you.
