21/02/2026: It had been (far too) long since I'd been back to La Reine de Sicile, and what a joy it was to rediscover this restaurant we've been frequenting for years. The quality of the food is remarkable! Each dish reveals true artistry, perfectly balanced flavors, and a perfect harmony of pairings…and their wine is pure nectar! A true delight for the palate, refined yet generous. The setting also deserves special mention: elegant, warm, and stunningly beautiful. The tables, superb pieces crafted by a local cabinetmaker, lend a soul and a sense of authenticity. The decor is meticulously designed, with taste and harmony. As for the service, it reflects the ambiance: attentive, discreet, refined, and exquisitely delicate. A truly exceptional service, the kind you rarely find. A truly pampering experience, a timeless moment where you feel privileged…and where you savor every moment as much as every bite. A valuable address, to be (re)discovered without hesitation.

21/02/2026: Fantastic find! The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress is just as lovely. The food is absolutely amazing! We ate very well; in short, it wasn't "good" 😉😉 but if we come back to Saumur, we know where to go 😋 Don't change a thing!!!!
