We discovered this restaurant for my husband's birthday. A fantastic restaurant with a lovely shaded terrace under the vines. The menu was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. Refined cuisine. The staff was very pleasant and professional that day, especially when dealing with some aggressive customers. The chef apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good food.

Auberge Reine de Sicile is a charming, family-run restaurant celebrated for its refined take on traditional Loire Valley cuisine. Set in the former outbuildings of the historic estate, it combines rustic elegance with warm hospitality, whether beside the fireplace in winter or on its flower-filled terrace in summer. The seasonal menu showcases fresh local ingredients, with expertly prepared fish, game and regional specialities, making it one of Saumur’s most consistently recommended dining destinations.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant!! Delicious dishes. As an appetizer, I ordered the tomato caspaccio. Then we ordered the porc and beef foie gras dishes. The strawberry " cold soup" and a bottle of wine. The service was friendly, professional and efficient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing as we at outside under a large grape wine. The temperature was perfect. Overall we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this restaurant 👌 BRAVO au chef de cuisine !!
