The shrimp rillettes with mango: sauce and small pieces of mango We thoroughly enjoyed them. Good, cold local beer 👍 I highly recommend this restaurant. It's just a shame the name is "Café Chaud" (Hot Coffee). The name doesn't reflect the quality of the food. Thank you to the two chefs. Well done!

Arrived at 2:30 pm for lunch. The owner welcomed us and offered us one of the ravioli to tide us over. It was very good, and the service was friendly. The price was reasonable. In short, I recommend it.

During a weekend in Chinon, we discovered this restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch on the terrace, the food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely try other dishes that look just as amazing! 😍🙏 We highly recommend it!

We stopped for a drink on December 23rd and ended up staying for dinner after perusing the menu. The portion was very generous and the flavors were excellent. Highly recommended!

21/04/2026: My wife and I came for the half-marathon. We appreciated the hotel for its location, its quiet atmosphere, and the size of the room. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was very attentive as well.
18/04/2026: Thank you for your hospitality during the Chinon Marathon. We appreciated being able to enjoy breakfast at 6 a.m. on the weekend (exceptionally served primarily for the runners). The option of a late departure was also very convenient after the race.

12/04/2026: The meal was very good, with quality ingredients and excellent value for money. However, the wait was extremely long, and there was very little interaction with the staff. No options were offered for young children.
12/04/2026: It was my husband's birthday; we were there with family—children and grandchildren—and we had a lovely time. We ate very well. I recommend it.
