Don’t be an insta follower - this slightly lesser known club is a much better experience than its neighbors - amazing music and not everyone taking selfies! We go here every time we are in Paris - warm and friendly and great drinks. And if you close it down the bar next door is often still open with piano music 🎶

Absolutely phenomenal. We saw am excellent band as we did a few years ago on a previous visit. But what is mind-blowing is how many people this underground cave/theater will hold and how engaged the young audience was during the bands performance. Wish more audiences in Austin's live music venue would put down their phones and stop talking, and just listen to the music and cheer on the musicians!!

A cool spot to just sit back and enjoy some live jazz. Pro tip: the band plays downstairs, it's pretty small and fills up fast. Theres no entry fee, but you do have to purchase a drink at the door. Personally, id rather buy a drink than play a civer charge and get nothing for it!

Food was stone cold, cocktails bad (both were overpriced), seating really uncomfortable BUT the weekly Paris is Queer as Funk night is fantastic!

I went with a new friend and had a lovely experience. I love live music, but there is something magical about jazz in a cave in Paris. It's naturally small, so there is limited seating. However, the waitress is very efficient at taking standing room only patrons and getting them seats as they open up. €15 cover (cash only) was more than reasonable. (1 drink required per customer)

Really nice place to experience the Parisian jazz club without the extreme crowd and the line in front only problem, downstairs had a little bit of a moldy smell.

05/07/2026: Lunch today on the back terrace (nicer and shady than the one facing the museum). The starters were good and fresh (burrata with rhubarb and blackcurrant or octopus salad 🐙). The sea bream was decent but nothing special at €29 (very thick fillet and a bit bland with the sauce; the accompanying eggplant could have been better prepared). The same goes for the chicken supreme with morels at €32, which was simply served with a cream sauce and fries. A bit pricey for the quality! The service was pleasant and quick. To be continued!
23/05/2026: It's impossible to get a charcuterie board on a Saturday at 6:30 pm, which is a shame. Not even anything to nibble on, or perhaps it depends on the customers. A smile from the waiter would have been appreciated. And the drinks could have been cooler, given the heat.
