Really shameful, I was supposed to receive a package. Chronopost came 3 days in a row but you refused to collect it. As a result, my package ended up at the Ermont tobacco bar. Luckily I had a vehicle, otherwise I would have been unable to collect it. What's the point of being a parcel relay if you refuse them!!!! And I see from the other comments that I'm not the only one to have had a problem with packages. From now on, I will no longer use you. You are not at all professional, lack of seriousness!!!
