The only true tea room in Vichy. The pastries are excellent. The atmosphere is sometimes too noisy due to customers who seem to think they're the only ones seated.

I love the decor and the drinks, and I'm always well received, except this week. The waitress had no smile, her gaze and conversation were mechanical. I won't be returning. What a shame.

Usually satisfied, having tried several daily specials that have never disappointed me, this time, for once, was a huge disappointment!!!
I strongly advise against
the calf's head, which was supposed to come with Gribiche sauce (guaranteed by the waiter!), but which
was nothing more than a heavy, tasteless mayonnaise, making the dish inedible!
And what a half-hearted apology with no compensation after returning a nearly full plate! This establishment has plummeted in my eyes 🙁

Excellent experience! Impeccable welcome and service. We felt a real passion for her work from our server, who gave us excellent recommendations for our afternoon snack break while visiting Vichy.
Finally, the premises are magnificent.
