A very pleasant and comfortable dining room, a warm atmosphere, excellent and refined cuisine (for those who remember, it's an enhanced chabrot at the end of the garbure), a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly. Chablis is a very pretty village. Congratulations to the chef. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A truly wonderful experience in a magnificent setting. Everything was absolutely perfect. A particular highlight was the amazing cheese with walnuts, honey, and Vin Jaune.

One of the best meals during our roadtrip in France 😘 We absolutely enjoyed our lunch set meal - for starters, the mushroom soup/emulsion(?) and tartare with oysters were sooo elegant rich in flavour! Then the main courses were also fantastic - meat was super tender and juicy, served with delicious foie gras with a crisp skin. The fish with ravioli was served in a heavenly flavourful broth, I'm salivating as I recall how wonderful it was 🤪 Dessert was great too, and service was very professional, attentive and efficient. Comfortable interior and nice views of the river flowing outside the restaurant. Amazing experience, I highly recommend a visit 😍👍🏻

Fabulous dinner in Chablis! Came with my vegetarian friend and they were happy to accommodate her. Every dish was fantastic and paired perfectly with a French wine. Highly recommend- beautiful space, great service and fantastic food!! Will be thinking about the roasted fig dessert for ages!!

We ate here multiple times during an extended visit to Chablis and were very happy with our meals and the staff. We had the tasting menu and ala carte meals and the quality was outstanding. They have an extensive wine list, so you can find nice wines to pair with your meal in a variety of price points. It's very unpretentious, letting the food be your reason for visiting. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a lot of potential and the menu is interesting and creative. Just think that adding extras to dishes does not fit the restaurant's style: either the dishes are served at its best or not. Charging for a just little bit of butter is so unreasonable for such a nice place...

First to mention: why doesn't Au Fil Du Zinc at least has one michelin start? It's a 10/10. The service was just perfect, best wine pairing ever, great atmosphere with a tremendous combination of contemporary interior an very authentic architectural appeal.
The menu was top notch and the best: au fil du zinc is brave enough to use spices (in perfectly balanced manner). It was an umami and visual experience of absolute excellence.
Thanks so much for sharing this opportunity with us.

Great food and friendly staff. The menu dégustation is very good especially with wine pairing. The wine pairing is relatively cheap (30€ for 3 glasses of descent wines). The food is delicious and plenty.
The restaurant is a little bit noisy but can still carry conversation with a large table.
The price is expensive but pretty competitive given the quality of the food.
