With a downside. Reception, reservation and menus where you cannot take another option at a table. If there are four of us. We have to take the same one for all 4...absurd...a little flexibility would do the greatest good to this establishment. We must not forget that the customer pays the bill.... Not come to suffer.

To say that we ate at Fil du Zinc only gives a partial idea of the evening we spent there because beyond the nutritional aspect, it is indeed a festival of tastes and flavors, of shapes, of colors and textures to which we were invited. Mathieu is not just a cook, he is a conductor, architect, designer, composer, conjurer. And the team in the room is as welcoming as they are efficient. In short, we had a great time. Thanks to the whole team.

We had a great evening at this restaurant. The tasting menu is a little marvel, both in terms of flavors and the originality of the cuisine. The only downside is the service, which is too slow and sometimes lacks rigor.

We were here in May 2023: warmly welcomed, an excellent cremant on the terrace and then a wonderful dinner in the restaurant, originally and stylishly presented, attentive service and competent wine advice (of course a fantastic Chablis) - it was a wonderful evening in beautiful surroundings Ambiance and surrounded by other guests who were obviously enjoying what was on offer! Then a walk through beautiful Chablis and then into the stylish room until the equally great breakfast: simply perfect!
