For years we walked past this establishment without paying it any attention. A friend recommended it, so we tried it out and I highly recommend it for its service, the elegant, vintage atmosphere, and the limited menu written on a chalkboard, a testament to its quality. Excellent value for money. We will gladly return. Our only regret is that it's closed on Saturdays.

We were so glad to have discovered this restaurant – quietly located in Strasbourg's embassy district and pleasantly far removed from the usual tourist crowds. The menu is well-thought-out and varied: from light to hearty, from refined to robust – offering high-quality cuisine that goes beyond the ubiquitous tarte flambée, sauerkraut, and pork knuckle monotony, but without veering into haute cuisine territory. Everything is very well executed, with good wine and fair prices. Add to that an attentive host – what more could you ask for? A refreshingly different place in Strasbourg – highly recommended!
