This is our favorite restaurant in Strasbourg. The dishes are always excellent, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. The service is impeccable, and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. For years we walked past this establishment without paying it any attention. A friend recommended it, so we tried it out and I highly recommend it for its service, the elegant, vintage atmosphere, and the limited menu written on a chalkboard, a testament to its quality. Excellent value for money. We will gladly return. Our only regret is that it's closed on Saturdays.

09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤

19/05/2026: The service was good, but the tarte flambée was a bit too floury underneath and soggy on top. Not the best.
17/05/2026: Definitely my favourite spot for dinner in Strasbourg now.
