Hello, We were at your restaurant at the end of June, it's a shame the portions were so small and disappointing! It wasn't cheap! The service was a bit lacking, which was a shame! The setting was very nice, no complaints there.

We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. They were well-prepared. The desserts were less refined than the main courses, but very generous. Thank you for a lovely time and the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

It’s a very nice place close to the Parliament. Very nice and cosy atmosphere and great food and wine! The staff is also very polite.

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! The selection was excellent, and the generous portions were a delight. Another visit is definitely in order, and the waitress was fantastic.

Le Tire-bouchon

09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤
