We opted for the tasting menu, so we didn't know what the dishes would be beforehand. Everything was absolutely delicious, delicate, and flavorful. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. There were very few tables, so it wasn't noisy at all.

A successful dinner with the Prestige menu, and much appreciated interactions with the staff. We will be back. Thank you.

Wow. Words can’t even describe the meal that we had here. After recommendation from the sommelier, we went with the “Chef’s surprise menu” which was truly out of this world. From the presentation, to the complexity of flavors, to the perfect pairing of wine- every taste bud was very pleasantly surprised. We’ve been to multiple 2 star Michelin restaurants that have not performed to this level - these guys highly deserve a star!! Not to mention the impeccable service and beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. It truly was a memorable night that we won’t forget. We recommend this restaurant (and hotel for that matter) with the highest regard to anyone in Bonifacio!!

Second time at this restaurant and I recommend it 200%! On-site parking, a magical and magnificent setting—in short, it's absolutely beautiful! The dining room is very pleasant and the tables are beautifully set. The welcome is very friendly, and you know right away that you're going to have a wonderful time. Both times we opted for the set menu, and it was a delight. Bravo to the chef and his team! From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was perfect and expertly executed. The service was also impeccable. The pairing with the prestigious wines was a treat. In short, we will be back. We had a superb evening. Thank you!

Loved the tasting menu — every course was great. The caviar dish with three different types was exceptional and easily our favorite part of the night.

I've had the opportunity to try many Michelin-starred restaurants, but this one pleasantly surprised me and definitely deserves a star. Everything is there: the taste, surprising textures, exceptionally high-quality produce from their own garden, impeccable service… Absolutely nothing to criticize, everything was excellent!
