The cuisine was extraordinary, refined, and sophisticated. However, it's baffling that such a high-end restaurant charges €3 for a carafe of water... especially when you're paying €110 for a set menu... And double-check your bill... On two occasions, the manager charged us for extra wine. Not a word of apology. What a shame...

A superb experience from start to finish! The service was perfect and friendly, and the presentation of the different dishes was beautiful. We opted for the Nustrale menu with two wine pairings: the best culinary experience my partner and I have ever had! You can go there without hesitation. The setting is magnificent, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for the wonderful evening we had!

01/10/2025: An insider tip in Bonifacio, very hidden, but absolutely recommended! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. After a quick look at the menu, we sat down at a table outside. The atmosphere was super nice, everything was super simple, but very pleasant. Since we're vegetarian, they recommended a veggie burger and the aubergines à la bonifacienne. We had no idea what this eggplant dish was, so we were in for a surprise. It was four small balls that were super, super delicate and spicy. They came with a fresh salad, a delicious, delicious baked potato, and a delicious tomato sauce with the balls inside. The veggie burger with the delicious vegetable patty and spicy sheep/goat cheese was also excellent. Highly recommended restaurant!!
25/09/2025: Great restaurant, excellent food. Very good quality/price. Impeccable service, very welcoming and friendly server! A must try!
