Very pleasant and friendly waiters, attentive. Pizzas and Milanese escalope very good. Our dishes were served at a staggered time, they offered us coffees as compensation (no request from us). They even offered to keep the unfinished pizza while we walked around... we unfortunately forgot to come back. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful evening, featuring typical regional dishes. Bonifacio-style eggplant, charcuterie, lasagna, and brocciu cannelloni—delicious, all homemade. Warm atmosphere and welcome.

Our meal included almost all the Corsican specialties, we had a great time... A friendly atmosphere, fast service, magical cuisine... There were about forty of us and we loved it!

In the jungle of restaurants that is Bonifacio, the menu and the impression of professionalism from the staff (which was indeed the case) made us want to try this place. It was quite good, although the tuna was overcooked, but the waiter replaced our plate without any problem; the apparently unexpected crowd could excuse the mistake. Other restaurants with excellent Google reviews refused us entry because they were full, suggesting we come back later, without a reservation or even asking for a phone number. Unfortunately, Google's popularity goes to some people's heads, making them forget that we aren't all German or Dutch tourists. Anyway, that's a bit of a tangent! Café de la Poste is worth a try.

The lasagna was good, but the prices were high. Unfortunately, the waitress showed me a patagon for €52 and said I was missing €10. After paying €10 in cash, it turned out the transfer was for €62. So the waitress made €10 off the table. It was pure robbery. I don't recommend it.

A top server who knows his job, but an odious, rude boss who shouts at his employees in the middle of service. I hope that this qualified staff will have the opportunity to flourish elsewhere with a more humane and grateful boss.

01/10/2025: An insider tip in Bonifacio, very hidden, but absolutely recommended! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. After a quick look at the menu, we sat down at a table outside. The atmosphere was super nice, everything was super simple, but very pleasant. Since we're vegetarian, they recommended a veggie burger and the aubergines à la bonifacienne. We had no idea what this eggplant dish was, so we were in for a surprise. It was four small balls that were super, super delicate and spicy. They came with a fresh salad, a delicious, delicious baked potato, and a delicious tomato sauce with the balls inside. The veggie burger with the delicious vegetable patty and spicy sheep/goat cheese was also excellent. Highly recommended restaurant!!
