Magnificent setting, homemade cuisine with quality products. The team is very nice. Special mention to the terrace, a haven of peace in the city center. I recommend :)

A more than satisfying dinner. I opted for the €39 menu: everything was delicious, plentiful, without being “too much”. A perfect balance! Well-presented plates, pleasant to look at. Little extra for the starter: mimosa egg with its emulsion and chorizo ​​chips... A real delight! The waitresses were attentive, the decoration is lovely, in short… A very popular address.

Excellent endroit offrant une terrasse ombragée très agréable, relativement calme, surtout comparativement au brouhaha de la rue Champeaux. Endroit relativement calme offrant une cuisine soignée pour le menu du jardin (28 € entrée-plat-dessert). Salades fraîches copieuses, andouillette grillée comme il faut. Nous y retournerons pour y tester les formules plus élaborées pour un prochain dîner.

The Garden, that’s how to say… garden side. You will be welcomed there in comfort and kindness before enjoying quality dishes. The chef winks at you with terrines and cheeses. The chicken with its strong juice is really great.

02/09/2024: First visit to this establishment yesterday for a family meal and a great discovery for the 7 guests. The whole table ate the rock menu and everyone enjoyed the moment. Well thought-out dishes with fresh, seasonal products, perfect seasonings, respected and controlled cooking. Special mention for cooking perfectly pearly fish. Value for money on the podium of Trojan establishments. Congratulations also for the room team, friendly exchanges in good humor and this is becoming rare. So if you come to Troyes, don't hesitate to stray slightly from the heart of the city to visit the rock. Thanks to the chef for our exchange at the end of the meal, we feel the passion for cooking in local circuits, working with fresh and seasonal products. We will come back to discover new dishes

01/10/2024: Had a lovely lunch here. Service was great and the food of high quality. Loved the coffee. Would recommend!
29/09/2024: We were there on Sunday for 10 a.m. without reservation and were taken care of very quickly, the welcome was warm. Once the order was placed we didn't wait long to be served. The brunch was very generous and good, a little bonus on the homemade jam which was delicious!!! Too bad he didn't sell it...
