Passing through Troyes, I followed the reviews of this restaurant near the Ibis hotel. I can confirm the excellent service; the dishes and desserts are very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Seating is limited, so arrive early or make a reservation.

Restaurant Le Moine Gourmand is a truly delightful surprise. I take my hat off to the owner who manages everything, from the kitchen to the dining room, with real skill. The dishes are excellent, the desserts are well-made, and all at a very reasonable price. You can feel the hard work and the desire to do things well, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Troyes; it's a simple, efficient, and welcoming place.

A unique address, a chef who's everywhere. The choice of starters and main courses is limited because everything is homemade and prepared by the chef. We tasted every dish because we love trying new things, and each one was a delight. Duck breast (dish of the day), flank steak, salmon, andouillette sausage… Everything was fantastic!! A varied and delicious dessert buffet. Bravo!

I've been several times and I've never been disappointed 🙂
The owner manages everything himself, from the kitchen to the service, and it's truly impressive. The value for money is excellent, with very good ingredients.
Even now that I live in Dijon, whenever I'm in Troyes, I happily go back.
For me, it's one of the best restaurants in Troyes ✨

A small restaurant with about twenty seats, the dishes served are hot, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The service is quick and provided by a pleasant person. The value for money is excellent. When the bill arrived, what a surprise to learn that the waiter was both the owner and the cook! Astounding! This owner deserves our support; believe me, he works hard to serve us. A must-try restaurant in Troyes!!!
