A fantastic experience from start to finish! The welcome was friendly and warm, the service was good, and above all, the food was delicious! Everything was excellent, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

Delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked food... beautifully presented dishes and attentive, friendly service! We had the lunch menu and didn't hesitate to book for the following evening. A wonderful discovery that we will definitely repeat on our next visit to Troyes. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Chez Axelle is a superb, tranquil spot where the husband (?) warmly welcomes and serves with genuine enthusiasm while his wife is busy in the kitchen, ensuring a generous and satisfying meal. Please be sure to make a brunch reservation, especially on Sundays, as it's essential to enjoy the service. Thank you again, it was DELICIOUS. We'll be back!!!
