Hello, I stopped by on Monday at lunchtime and I highly recommend this very friendly place with very reasonable prices. The best part is that the ice cream is homemade. The staff is welcoming. If you want to have a good time, go to "Au Louis d'Or" in Bayeux. N.B.

Excellent value for money, a Nutella crepe for €3 with a Viennese hot chocolate for €4 for an afternoon snack under €10. I highly recommend it. The product is high quality and filling, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

While visiting this lovely town, and although not usually a fan of this type of restaurant, I was persuaded to have lunch there with family and friends. I'm so glad I did: we had a wonderful time. After a short wait (nothing unbearable for tourists), EVERYTHING was worthy of praise: the warm and friendly welcome, the quality of the galettes (which were a hit with everyone!), and the very reasonable prices (€13 for a complete meal + hot and cold drinks), impossible to find elsewhere for menus of this quality. I've found "my" crêperie! A big thank you from us, and see you soon!

Le Moulin de La Galette

01/03/2026: A fantastic first experience at Moulin de la Galette! Reservations are highly recommended, especially for a Saturday night. I had the Honfleur crêpe with truffled ham, scallops, and roasted squash. My friends ordered the "Bessin" crêpe with bacon, caramelized onions, and Camembert cheese, all accompanied by a glass of cider. For dessert, the pistachio crème brûlée was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the veranda overlooking the stream was lovely.
24/02/2026: For the past four winters I have stayed in Bayeux for extended periods, and this is my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation for lunch or dinner, it's easy to do so on their website and they follow up immediately. In my experience, the hospitality, the quality of the food and service, is stellar. I'm privileged to have become friends with the family owners and can promise you that they care deeply about the quality of their customers' experience, which is very important to me. Please don't miss a chance to dine here, c'est extraordinaire !!
