Excellent regional cuisine, ideally located right in the city center. The tables are a little close together though… but a great find, I recommend it!

Hello This is a brasserie with fast, hot, and impeccable service, except they served a flank steak instead of a prime cut of beef... and I had to pay for a prime cut of beef... a shame. But the flank steak was well cooked. Thank you to the team.

Apparently, there's been a change of ownership…we went without checking the reviews and we don't regret it at all! You can go there without hesitation. The service was extremely efficient and friendly, there's a large terrace overlooking the square and its carousel—in short, I highly recommend it! We ordered the beef bourguignon and the snails, and we weren't disappointed at all.

Honestly, unbeatable value for money. I had a trout fillet with vegetables, a real treat. The strawberry pavlova was excellent. The waitresses were fantastic. I'll definitely be back.

I came for dinner last night; the service was incredibly friendly, everyone was smiling, and it was a lovely experience. The meals were all divine. The profiteroles were excellent.

What a fantastic dinner with my partner! Since the change in management, this inn/bouillon has everything it takes to become a Dijon institution! The food was high-quality and incredibly generous (and the portions were amazing!). The service team was superb—so kind, always smiling, like rays of sunshine! PS: You'll find affordable prices, which is always worth mentioning in Dijon :)

09/03/2026: We made a reservation for Saturday at 6:15 pm (the evening of Ramadan). We called to confirm the time so we would have enough time to order and be served on time for breaking the fast. This was confirmed over the phone. However, upon arriving at 6:15 pm, the waiter sighed, saying we had come too "early." We explained that we weren't in a hurry and could wait if necessary. We ordered a charcuterie platter as a starter and main courses. The waiter asked if we wanted the platter before the main courses (which seemed logical since it's a starter). He then informed us that the main courses would take longer to arrive because the cooks were young. This is perfectly understandable, but in this case, it might be better to adjust the service schedule. Despite this, the food was very good, even excellent. On the other hand, the service was rather poor, and we considered leaving several times. This is not the first time we have come, but it is the first time we have received this kind of welcome.
