On mange toujours très bien dans ce restaurant, mais lors de notre dernière visite on a trouvé que le rapport qualité prix est en baisse. Le prix des menus a énormément augmenté en 1 an : 49€ pour un menu sans fromage, et des petites quantités dans l'assiette, c'est plus ce que c'était ☹️ e Et puis le choix est très minimaliste surtout pour les desserts qui ne sont pas très élaborés. Dommage, j'adorerais cette adresse, mais le tarif va sans doute m'inciter à aller voir ailleurs. J'ajouterais que la porte menant à la cuisine est tellement bruyante qu'elle m'a gâché la soirée.

Auswahl von drei verschiedenen Vorspeisen, Haupspeisen und Desserts. Die Qualität der Speisen wie auch der Service hat uns beeindruckt. Die Weinauswahl ist eher klein, aber mit tollen Tropfen bestückt. Das Lokal ist nett eingerichtet und die Stimmung sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

For me, the Quelle Pas remains the best restaurant in Dijon. If you are planning an evening, don't hesitate to take the surprise menu!

Good morning rather aging decor very very limited choice of menu less sure that we eat fresh probably penalized by the work but hey we won't do it again dsl main course fish or veal it's hot as choice on the other hand quality and close to the dishes nothing to complain about

A friendly welcome and service without stressing you out, you have time to eat without being rushed and the staff are very smiling. We ate very well. I recommend the zucchini parfait, a real delight... 😋🤗

After several years of wondering or not having places available, we finally decided to eat at the restaurant on rue Monge in Dijon. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the setting, including of course the cuisine which delighted us from the appetizer to the dessert. Certainly the price is not cheap but it is well worth it. The wine offering, the champagne as a starter, the bottle of badoit as well as the 5-course service for our choice (let go menu) was really top notch. What a taste pleasure!

18/11/2023: Nice discovery today, a very nice little place, I was surprised to see mothers come to enjoy a waffle, a pancake and a hot chocolate with their children, it gives a family atmosphere like a small village bar even though we are in the city center it’s downright brilliant. My partner had a glass of red wine and I had a small glass of white wine which we tasted in this lovely atmosphere, I really recommend it, I will return there with great pleasure.
30/09/2023: Ce lieu est à recommander tant le midi qu'en soirée. J'avais réservé une table pour 10. Un menu unique nous a été proposé par leur chef Verrine de jambon persillé Maison, chantilly à la moutarde Ballotine de volaille farcie à la Saucisse de Morteau & cancoillotte, Tagliatelles fraîches Charlotte au chocolat Café C'était parfait, c'était un régal, Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de ce restaurant qui a permis cette soirée entre amis(es).
