Our second culinary experience at this establishment, and once again we are completely won over! The atmosphere is very pleasant, warm, and intimate; the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, a rare find these days; and the dishes are all more delicious and intriguing than the last! 26/05/2026: I made an impromptu stop in Dijon this evening, on my way elsewhere. I'm glad I did because I ended up having a truly lovely meal at Spica. All 3 courses of the fixed menu were delicious; especially the 'strawberry soup' which was a perfect, flavourful & fresh way to end a meal during a heatwave. The service, setting and wine was also perfect. No notes!
