A truly wonderful, warm, and delicious experience spent with my wife at your establishment 👍 Muriel in the dining room is incredibly kind and gentle, and demonstrates great professionalism! In the kitchen, Chef Julien delighted us with his perfectly executed cuisine from appetizer to dessert! The cooking, the choice of ingredients, the freshness, and the presentation absolutely blew us away 👍 In short, it was perfect! And on top of that, they are both very friendly people. It was our first time at this restaurant last night, and what a wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm, and the waitress was incredibly kind!
The photos speak for themselves; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to dessert! The combination of flavors, the presentation, the cooking—everything was delicious! A huge thank you, we'll be back!

After several years of deliberation or being unable to book a table, we finally decided to dine at the Pourquoi Pas restaurant on Rue Monge in Dijon. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the ambiance, and of course, the cuisine, which delighted us from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. Admittedly, it's not cheap, but it's well worth it. The wine selection, the champagne with the starter, the bottle of Badoit mineral water, and the five-course meal we chose (the "Let Go" menu) were truly outstanding. What a culinary delight!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, warm, and intimate; the staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, a rare find these days; and the dishes are all more delicious and intriguing than the last!
