We came to celebrate our tin wedding anniversary.
I had seen the concept and read the reviews before making my choice.
Our dishes were simply superb, exceptionally good (in our opinion). The presentation was so beautiful you almost didn't want to touch them, and the combination of all those flavors was simply divine.
We have normal appetites, yet we still couldn't finish our desserts.
Congratulations to the chef, who does everything single-handedly in the kitchen. Kudos to the two waitresses who took such good care of their customers. The kindness and warmth of the person who greeted us (certainly the owner) also deserves mention. And thank you for the candle 😊
Keep up the good work, your establishment is absolutely perfect.

I didn't know this restaurant; we came on a family recommendation... and we don't regret it at all! We absolutely loved it! The homemade food was excellent, the owner was incredibly welcoming, and the chef is extraordinary. His cooking is delicious! Go without hesitation!

We've been twice, and each time we were pleasantly surprised.

For years we'd wanted to eat there, but reservations were always too late... until this weekend, we finally did!
So: Lovely setting, very calm atmosphere, impeccable service from the friendly and kind lady who seems to be the owner, as well as the very attentive sommelier and waiter. The menu is limited, of course, since everything is homemade; the dishes are refined, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. Remember to book several days in advance...

The restaurant could definitely be renamed "Pourquoi pas plus?" (Why Not More?). Passing through Dijon in search of quality cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. The tastefully decorated vaulted cellar offers a very comfortable space, which is not so common. The service is extremely pleasant and attentive, the welcome warm. The cuisine is simple yet creative and absolutely excellent! A very good memory; "Pourquoi pas plus?" will be on our agenda for our next visit.
