It has all the makings of a Michelin-starred restaurant, well at least they try, very good service and cuisine but the wines are too expensive for what they are.

We recommend this restaurant, recently taken over by new owners. The team is very welcoming, and the cuisine is very good with many seasonal and quality products, notably egg casserole and desserts with crème brûlée and fresh fruit salad. With, in addition, several vegetarian options, which is rare in the region, thank you!

While passing through the region, my partner and I had dinner in this restaurant. We loved our meal; quality dishes with good products, it’s flawless! Very pleasant room staff and good advice. What a pleasure to meet such a young couple who are as passionate as they are welcoming! It’s a big yes and our only regret is not living in the region to eat at this table more regularly.

As soon as we walked through the door, the welcome was warm and welcoming. Coming from the hotel/pastry industry, I am quite critical of the dishes, the service and more particularly the desserts. Zero negative points on all these points. Even the apprentices are at the top: smiling, friendly, helpful, attentive to our needs and discreet. It's been a long time since we've had such impeccable service. We also saw the passion of the chefs in our dishes. Generous and tasty cuisine (the same goes for dessert). In short, we had a great time. You can go there with your eyes closed and a smile on your face because you will get it in return. THANKS !

Soirée agréable malgré une dame a côté de nous qui parlais fort cela est désagréable pendant un repas en amoureux et quand il y a du monde dans la salle mais au-delà de ceci tout étais parfait du repas au service on nous a même proposer de changer de table on a remercier car on arrivais à la fin du repas juste pour le café nous avons été au p'tit salon cela nous emoecheras pas de revenir car vraiment agréable comme endroit au plaisir de vous revoir cordialement Sonia et Fabrice belleroute a vous

21/03/2024: The main course and dessert formula at 20 euros is good but the price of the wines is far too high, especially since they are local wines...... 1st price of a bottle €36!!!!!! It would be nice to offer wines in pitchers......

Le Rendez-vous Des Gourmets

02/04/2024: Romantic meal for lunch between visiting Cheverny and Chambord. First time for us in a Michelin guide restaurant. Chosen after reading the many excellent, well-deserved comments. Perfect welcome from arrival to departure and it's nothing compared to the plates. Very well controlled cooking, exceptional blend of flavors. Quality appetizers, far from the usual peanuts that make you want to move on. For my part, I loved the cauliflower velouté with smoked salmon crumbs as much as the scallops and langoustines with fresh spinach and orange juice (subtle mix of acidity and sweetness). On the gentleman's side: very tender and perfectly rare piece of beef, succulent mashed potatoes. Followed by a perfectly successful rice pudding with an excellent vanilla taste. And to finish off some colorful and tasty treats. All for a bill of €105 with an aperitif, a bottle of sparkling water, a starter, two main courses, a dessert and a coffee. Completely correct in view of the quality of service and dishes. A must do if you are in the area!!
