22/07/2026: Arriving late, we were treated to a cheese platter to accompany a glass of Cheverny, served with great kindness, even though the kitchen was closed. In the morning, although the establishment didn't offer breakfast, we were again served bread, butter, and jam. All with a smile... it's so rare that it deserves to be highlighted. 24/07/2026: A fantastic team outing to the Max Vauché chocolate factory in Bracieux! 🍫✨ My colleagues and I took the tour and participated in the chocolate-making workshop. Even though we were a group of over twenty people, everything went perfectly. The workshop was expertly run from start to finish 👌. What a joy it was for each of us to leave with our own chocolate creations! It was a wonderful time filled with fun and delicious treats. An activity I highly recommend! 😋

03/08/2026: The best Japanese restaurant and caterer I know. Very authentic. Madoka, the owner and chef, is fantastic. I highly recommend it. I go back every year. It's always just as good, well-prepared, and welcoming (July 2026).

Discovered by chance in this tiny village near Chambord, a restaurant with specialties hard to find elsewhere (bao buns, matcha tart, Japanese-style fried chicken). Bonus points for the attention to detail (chili oil, designer water carafe...). Thank you and well done!

28/07/2026: How wonderful, guys! At the recommendation of the hotel where we're staying, they recommended this place to us for something traditional, and it was exceptional!!! Delicious crepes, lots of variety, and if you like cider, the "Val de Rance" is fantastic; it only goes down wonderfully with temperatures of 2°C. Plus, the prices are super cheap; if we lived in the area, we'd be here every day!
