The location is great, central. But the food and service were very slow. The ravioli, for Spaniards, isn't Italian-style; it's two pieces on top of a soup with a quarter of a lettuce heart and a piece of carrot that tastes like nothing.

A very warm welcome... especially from Adeline. The Bouillon menu was excellent, with tasty dishes and decent presentation. The menu also offered a variety of choices.

We chose this restaurant one evening after a walk in Riquewihr, where we had enjoyed a refreshing drink in the afternoon. We returned that evening for dinner and were served by a wonderful waiter who was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. My husband and I ordered sauerkraut, which was good but not exceptional. It was generously portioned, but the flavor wasn't anything special, and we were disappointed with our meal.

Caveau des Vignerons

23/05/2026: A little hidden gem tucked away on a side street off the main road, the cellar is nice and cool, which is perfect for summer. The background music is 80s/90s, and the staff are friendly and open to any kind of conversation. We had a great time for €40/€41, including two glasses of wine and two local dishes. Highly recommended.
