A wonderful discovery!
We had a fantastic time at a Michelin-starred restaurant celebrating my wife's birthday. The menu was bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. The staff was incredibly attentive, all within a very pleasant and intimate atmosphere. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you to the entire team!

For a Michelin-starred restaurant, I was quite disappointed. The chef certainly takes risks, and his cuisine is rather creative, but unfortunately, I found his starter too acidic, with a strong presence of vinegar. The main course was excellent, and I think there were far too many desserts.
As for the staff, unfortunately for a Michelin-starred restaurant, I don't think they have the necessary training to work in this type of establishment. There is often a lack of communication between the kitchen and the staff, as well as among the staff members themselves. If a member of the Michelin Guide had been there yesterday, I'm sure he would have lost his star.
